After updating my Ninja Forms plugin to 2.9, I received numerous php errors:
“Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter – headers already sent…”
It had something to do with my PHPSESSID. I deleted my browser cookie for PHPSESSID and it fixed the problem.
